ECCO – the European Cancer Organisation disclaims any and all liability for claims which may result from the wrongful use or damage of any mobile device pursuant to the download of the ECCO app from the iTunes store or from Google play. Also, ECCO – the European Cancer Organisation cannot be held accountable for any poor or delayed synchronisation of data and push notifications between the device and any email client software, especially regarding inserting session slots into the calendar, upgrading abstracts, notifications about room changes or any other information pushed from the ECCO – the European Cancer Organisation servers.
