Organisations may not hold media events, either on or off site, during the defined “blackout” times.  Failure to comply may result in the withdrawal of facilities.

Events for the media (including news briefings and media workshops) must pertain to presentations being made at the main conference in oral or poster sessions and not at satellite symposia alone.  The programme for any third party news conference/workshop should be submitted to and agreed by the ECCO media consultants before any invitations are sent out.
